Service Description
If you’re new to baking, or new to working with wholegrain flour, this class is a great place to start. We’ll explain the different types of flour and show you the millroom. Then we’ll head back to the kitchen to start baking Wholegrain Goodness together. We’ll help you develop a recipe for your own cake using a vanilla base. Then on to a different cake using a chocolate base. Once you have these basics, you’ll be able to make almost any cake you’d like with confidence. We’ll keep exploring the flavours, textures and qualities of wholegrain flours as we make crackers together. Classes start at 9.30am and end around 1.30pm. Come bake with us and experience the goodness of freshly milled, small batch flour. We'll show you the millroom, talk flour and explore wholegrain flavour together. You'll take home the goodness you've made, 500g of freshly milled Goodness Flour and recipes to fill you with inspiration and confidence.

Cancel 30 days before the event for a Full Refund. Cancel 14 days before the event for a 50% Refund. If you need to cancel less than 14 days before the event, sadly, there is No Refund.
