If you’ve ever asked me about breadmaking, you’ll know I always recommend Elly’s Everyday. Her YouTube channel is the best place to learn about wholegrain sourdough - and now we’re lucky enough to have Elly joining us in person for a free live demonstration this November.
Elly’s instructions are clear, practical, and refreshingly original. There are plenty of sourdough videos out there, but if you want to bake truly great WHOLEGRAIN sourdough, Elly’s Everyday is a gem.
