Chocolate Cherry Cake
The cherry season is over in our part of the world, but this Premix works with either fresh or frozen cherries if you have them available.
This Goodness Premix includes Whittaker's Dark Ghana chocolate and organic cocoa powder.
Ingredients: Biodynamic wholegrain Spelt Flour, brown sugar,organic cocoa powder, vegan dark chocolate, baking powder, baking soda & Australian sea salt.
Contains gluten. Yeast free. Nut free. (Please note allergen advice below)
You will need:
250g of fresh / frozen cherries
We'll include local cherries from Blackwood Orchard (Harcourt) when the season starts in Goodness Premixes for collection at Markets only. No posting of fresh cherries. Obviously :-)
2 large eggs
190g butter (I use salted, organic)250g (240ml) milk (I use full cream)

DELIVERY OR COLLECTION
Option 1 (only in season) - with fresh fruit included - available for collection at the Castlemaine, Lancefield and Woodend Monthly Farmer's Markets. If you can't collect from one of the Markets, just get in touch and we'll make a plan. There are also a few Christmas delivery options which might suit.
Option 2 - for posting without fresh fruit. Anytime of the year.
