Rye Grain
Only available in 20kg bags. This is unmilled grain, not flour. Best Before 1.3.2027.
The grain has been carefully stored in our freezer - no chemicals used in the growing, harvesting or storage of the grain, so this is the safest way to ensure it stays fresh and weevil free.

If you're a rye fan, look for a copy of Stanley Ginsberg's The Rye Baker - there's a whole world to explore. Mills easily - I choose to mill it a more coarsely because I like the texture in my baking. A flavour all of it's own. Blend it for a light rye loaf, or embrace the unique structure for a classic, heavy loaf. I also add a little to cake mixes - it softens the crumb beautifully.
