  • Ancient Grains Shortbread

    Like traditional shortbread, only more interesting.

    Ingredients: Biodynamic spelt, rye and scout wheat flours, organic brown rice flour, organic cornstarch, Australian salt, raw sugar, flaked almonds and pure vanilla.

    You will need:
    250g butter, softened to the consistency of mayonnaise.

    Makes around 24 biscuits.

    Yeast free. Egg free. Nuts packaged separately.
