Chocolate Spelt Biscuits
A lovely chocolate biscuit made with wholegrain Spelt flour. Perfect for cookie cutting adventures. (Or just roll, chill and slice. Super easy.) Supplied with White Chocolate (UTZ certified) for you to decorate your biscuits. Do send a photo of your special creations - we'd love to see what you make!
Ingredients : Biodynamic Spelt Flours, organic tapioca, organic cocoa powder, Himalayan salt, dark brown sugar, pure vanilla and white chocolate.
You will need:
180g butter, softened5 - 6 tbsp of milk
Cookie cutter of your choice
Nut free. Yeast free. Egg free.
