Double Chocolate Cake
If you love chocolate as much as I do, this one's for you. Best quality chocolate. Freshly milled flour. Not too sweet. So good.
Ingredients: Biodynamic Australian grown Brown Rice, chemical-free Buckwheat and organic Yellow Split Pea flour, organic tapioca, organic raw sugar, brown sugar, premium cocoa powder, Rainforest Alliance Dark Chocolate (contains soy lecithin), Almond meal, instant coffee, organic rose petals, baking powder, baking soda, Himalayan salt.
Gluten and yeast free. (Please note allergen advice below)
You will need:
2 large, free range eggs
140g (150ml) good quality olive oil
150g (145ml) milk
IMPORTANT
Milled on a dedicated gluten free mill and packed in a separate room. Please note however, that our products are NOT certified gluten free.
DELIVERY OR COLLECTION
Option 1 - available for collection at the Castlemaine, Lancefield and Woodend Monthly Farmer's Markets. If you can't collect from one of the Markets, just get in touch and we'll make a plan.
Option 2 - for posting BUT please note that this one has chocolate so it's only for posting during the cooler months of the year.
