    Fig and Ginger Cake, with freshly milled Almond Meal, topped with local honey from Dawson’s Honey in Shelbourne and toasted almonds. Food of the Gods.

    Ingredients: Organic brown rice & buckwheat flour, Australian grown sorghum flour, organic tapioca, pesticide-free almonds & almond meal, organic figs, organic raw sugar, organic glace ginger, baking powder, baking soda, Australian Salt, organic spices.

    Gluten and yeast free. (Please note allergen advice below)

    You will need:

    2 large, free range eggs
    150g (170ml) of good quality olive oil
    190g (185ml) of milk


      Milled on a dedicated gluten free mill and packed in a separate room. Please note however, that our products are NOT certified gluten free.
