Ginger Cake
Gorgeous texture. Light. Not too sweet. Organic ginger powder with crystallised ginger pieces. Easy to make and an impressive cake for celebrations.
Ingredients: Biodynamic Australian grown Brown Rice, chemical-free Buckwheat and organic Yellow Split Pea flour, organic tapioca, organic raw sugar, brown sugar, Australian golden syrup, organic ginger powder, organic icing sugar, Almond meal, baking powder, Australian Pink Lake salt.
Gluten and yeast free. (Please note allergen advice below)
You will need:
2 large, free range eggs
160g (175ml) good quality olive oil
170g (175ml) milk
IMPORTANT
Milled on a dedicated gluten free mill and packed in a separate room. Please note however, that our products are NOT certified gluten free.

Option 1 - available for collection at the Castlemaine, Lancefield and Woodend Monthly Farmer's Markets. If you can't collect from one of the Markets, just get in touch and we'll make a plan.
