Ginger, Lemon & Pistachio Cake
Easy. Delicious. Wholegrain goodness.
Ingredients: Biodynamic Scout, Rye & Spelt flours, brown sugar, organic raw sugar, golden syryp, spray-free lemon (when in season), Australian pistachio nuts, baking powder, baking soda, organic ginger & blended spices and Australian salt.
Yeast free. (Please note allergen advice below)
You will need:
1 fresh lemon (unless collecting at a local market during lemon season)
2 large eggs
115g (125ml) good quality olive oil
235g (250ml) milk

Option 2 - for posting without fresh fruit. Anytime of the year.
