Gluten-free Flour Blend
This is the same blend of freshly milled, wholegrain flours I use for most of the Goodness Gluten-free Cake Mixes. There's 540g of flour in each pack - enough for 3 cakes using the recipe on the card. Works well for muffins too. Just remember this is flour only - you'll need to add baking powder, salt, almond meal and any extras you'd like.
We've had customers successfully make pizza bases, pasta and pastry with this mix too!
Ingredients: Biodynamic Australian grown Brown Rice, chemical-free Buckwheat and organic Sorghum flour and organic tapioca.
Gluten and yeast free. (Please note allergen advice below)

Milled on a dedicated gluten free mill and packed in a separate room. Please note however, that our products are NOT certified gluten free.

Option 1 - available for collection at the Castlemaine, Lancefield and Woodend Monthly Farmer's Markets. If you can't collect from one of the Markets, just get in touch and we'll make a plan.
