    Our newest gluten-free Goodness Premix! Lovely texture with a careful blend of flours and almond meal. Fresh lemon complements the Australian grown Pistachio nuts perfectly.


    Ingredients: Organic brown rice & buckwheat flour, Australian grown sorghum flour, organic tapioca, pesticide-free almond meal, fresh lemon, organic raw sugar, Australian pistachio nuts, baking powder, baking soda & Australian Salt.

    Gluten and yeast free. (Please note allergen advice below)

    You will need:

    2 fresh lemons (unless ordering with fruit included for collection at one of the Farmers Markets)


    2 large, free range eggs
    140g (155ml) of good quality olive oil
    140 - 170g (130 - 165ml) of milk


      Milled on a dedicated gluten free mill and packed in a separate room. Please note however, that our products are NOT certified gluten free.


      Option 1 - with fresh fruit included (only in season) - available for collection at the Castlemaine, Lancefield and Woodend Monthly Farmer's Markets. If you can't collect from one of the Markets, just get in touch and we'll make a plan.

      Option 2 - for posting without fresh fruit. Anytime of the year.
