Savoury Sables
A taste of Tasmania - with fresh Tasmanian grown poppy seeds, Tasmanian pepper berries and a Tasmanian sea salt soaked in pepper berries. Add some full flavoured hard cheese, good quality butter and you have the perfect savoury bites to share.
Ingredients: Organic Yellow Split Pea, Biodynamic Australian grown Brown Rice, chemical-free Buckwheat and organic Chickpea flour, organic tapioca, Tasmanian pepper berries, sea salt and poppy seeds and baking powder.
Gluten and yeast free. (Please note allergen advice below)
You will need:
180g of butter (I use cultured, salted)
200g hard cheese - coarsely grated (grana padano, pecorino or parmesan all work well)
80g milk (approximately 5 - 6 tablespoons)Half an egg to brush the tops
IMPORTANT
Milled on a dedicated gluten free mill and packed in a separate room. Please note however, that our products are NOT certified gluten free.

Option 1 - available for collection at the Castlemaine, Lancefield and Woodend Monthly Farmer's Markets. If you can't collect from one of the Markets, just get in touch and we'll make a plan.
