Scout wheat flour

This wheat from Burrum Biodynamics was part of a bean / wheat multi-crop, where the beans have helped to achieve a high protein level of around 12.2% without using any artificial fertilisers. A classic, wholegrain, stoneground flour ready for making wonderful breads, pizza bases and pasta. It’s a new flour for us, to tell us what you think. We’re looking forward to learning more.


    Grain supplied by Burrum Biodynamics. Tania and Stephen are leaders in regenerative agriculture. They're generous in sharing their knowledge and produce grains, legumes and pulses with fabulous flavour, grown in healthy soils and filled with nutrients, not chemicals.
