Wholegrain Pancakes
  • Wholegrain Pancakes

    Light and fluffy with wholegrain goodness and coarsely milled oats for a lovely texture. Only very lightly sweetened, so you can enjoy them with sweet or savoury accompaniments.

    Ingredients: Biodynamic Barley, Scout Wheat, Oat & Rye flours, raw sugar, baking powder, baking soda and natural sea salt.

    Nut free. Yeast free. (Please note allergen advice below)

    You will need:

    800g (780ml) of buttermilk (or mix a tsp of lemon juice into milk, stir and leave to sit for around 10 minutes. Half milk and half yoghurt works too.)

    2 tablespoons (50g) of oil (I use macadamia oil)
    4 large free range eggs

    Oil / buttter for the cooking (I use ghee)


      Please note that this premix is made in a kitchen which contains gluten, yeast, dairy and nuts. We take great care in listing ingredients and maintaining safe kitchen practices, but please note that our products are NOT certified  allergen free.
